Help please.

I have an account that expires AFTER the designated date on the lodestone update and I can't even get to my character.

I've been playing this game for over a year and supported it the whole time and even brought friends into it (after it went pay to play, mind you!). My account is even Legacy, I mean seriously.... I've never been one to be self entitled but I spent HOURS waiting for this and it's just not fair that I can't get in.

If this post gets deleted too, you've lost a customer for ARR. This breaks no rules in the ToS and even deleting my previous post was disrespectful to a paying customer as it did not break any rules.

What do you think this post is going to accomplish? Help please? None of us can do anything, and I'm PRETTY sure SE knows the problems going on with the servers right now.

Voicing my frustration accomplishes enough. Even if I had gotten no reply or no help it makes me less frustrated that I am heard.

In case you didn't realize, NO ONE else can log on either, so you're not the only one who's frustrated. But nonetheless, good luck to you on logging in. Nothing overly spectacular is happening right now regardless, just some monsters inside town etc, similar to the events that have been happening all week.
