Basically everyone. The fun part is even my LSmates who are in the game, nothing is happening in game. No mobs are popping, chocos take minutes to actually appear, party invites never send. The entire thing is burning. I'm not sure how SE expected our servers to handle this.

This is completely inexcusable. They went out of their way to invite people who haven't been around, but can't even seem to handle the people who have been around.
