Forgotten Mail (Moogle Letters Achievement)

Just thought of this idea and think it might be a good one for realm reborn.

Players explore the world and come across lost Moogle letters which can be just found and picked up. More or less its a achievement that makes you explore around and look around for it. Lost Moogle letters will always be in the same place. They will either be off the beaten path.

Moogle Letters only spawn

Correct Day. (Based on 1 the "12" you have chosen.)
Correct time phase. (Between 5am~10am etc.)
Will always be up. (Can be guarded by enemies.)

Achievement "Forgotten Letters" 10pts
"Letters 10/30" "Letters 20/30", "Letters 30/30"
Rewards

Keyitems

tier1 "Winged Pendant" (Increases Dash duration by 3secs)
tier2 "Moogle Pendant" (Increases Dash duration by 6secs)
tier3 "Mail Keeper Pendant" (Increases Dash duration by 9secs & Obtain Gifts at moogles)

Whats Dash?
Dash is quick movement speed ability you can click on in your command menu to run faster for short period of time)

Anyway more on point I think it would be fun. I would specially like to see perhaps one along similar lines or a different one that is more long term. (Or just like in Kingdom hearts you would get rewards at check points - so these boots would be somewhere early on).

Anyway, you basically described hermes shoes which were already given as limited edition items.

Only.... if its bassically the mognet from ffix and you get to see what was written in each of the letters from moogle to moogle =P kinda like the moogle is reading it outloud/sharing it with you.

I really do like this idea. Aetheryte acquisition is a good way to get adventurer's out and about but I prefer this proposed achievment.

Classifying it as such would forgive them for putting really difficult requirements for obtaining certain pieces of mail.
