Forgotten Mail (Moogle Letters Achievement)

Just thought of this idea and think it might be a good one for realm reborn.

Players explore the world and come across lost Moogle letters which can be just found and picked up. More or less its a achievement that makes you explore around and look around for it. Lost Moogle letters will always be in the same place. They will either be off the beaten path.

Moogle Letters only spawn

Correct Day. (Based on 1 the "12" you have chosen.)
Correct time phase. (Between 5am~10am etc.)
Will always be up. (Can be guarded by enemies.)

Achievement "Forgotten Letters" 10pts
"Letters 10/30" "Letters 20/30", "Letters 30/30"

tier1 "Winged Pendant" (Increases Dash duration by 3secs)
tier2 "Moogle Pendant" (Increases Dash duration by 6secs)
tier3 "Mail Keeper Pendant" (Increases Dash duration by 9secs & Obtain Gifts at moogles)

Whats Dash?
Dash is quick movement speed ability you can click on in your command menu to run faster for short period of time)
