Otherwise forcing people into PvP who have no desire to partake in it is a horrible design decision and what kills off MMOs the most because as we seen in PvP focused MMOs, they die very quickly due to a lack of good PvE especially end-game.
i consider vanya gear to be pvp since the starts are very nice for crafted and its meldable and its class only, but not being to use a relic would be a deal breaker when choosing job or class to pvp.
