Certainly not, but they are a deal. If we're satisfied with everything else we've seen, why shouldn't we ask for them to improve the thing we aren't totally satisfied with. The game isn't released yet (and is an MMO besides), it's not a travisty to point out areas for improvement. The opposite in fact. Even a small announce is worth spending the time to fix if it's the biggest problem.
