Some people want grass and animations to look better. That doesn't mean they hate the game, they'd just prefer it improve those aspects so the game can be even better.
Except that's not the reaction i'm often observing. What i see is people acting as if this graphical feature they don't care for is like some sort of disaster that will kill the game and must be changed immediately or else.
