    The touches of color everywhere really help to make the city feel so much more alive then the 1.0 version. That was always one of my bigger gripes with 1.0. The lack of color in everything made the cities especially, visually uninteresting and a little dreary. Can't wait to see more.

    The only thing I found unattractive from the video was the stationary animation-less rotating that the character does following the camera when not moving. Please change that... it looks so unnatural.

    Other than that it looks nice.

    Man Yoshi-P and company continue to deliver amazing results of A Realm Reborn even in the alpha phase it looks fantastic. The only thing i didnt like was the music but im sure over time it will grow on me like the old one did. The moogle holding the mail bag is hilarious and the scenery is just gorgeous. Guild Wars 2 RIFT and WoW watch out, theres a new game coming to town and its called Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. Eorzean's UNITE!!

    Fix the unnatural character movement when panning the camera while stationary and I see nothing wrong with it. Much improved over the current Grid.

    Now give me my Alpha/Beta Invite.... DO IT!

    The music was my favourite bit! It's definitely influenced by "Concerning Hobbits" from the "Fellowship of the Ring" soundtrack, almost to the point of being plagiarism (especially during the playground part), but I don't mind as i love the LotR soundtracks =)

    Otherwise, I loved this video. As someone pointed out, Gridania looks kinda the same, but a lot more detailed and vibrant.

    By the way, did you guys notice the little boat in the "Transportation" area? Makes me wonder if we can use it to get around in the Black Shroud.
