So what's less than 10% of the quest being RNG is representative of the entire quest being RNG? lolno.

I never said the entire quest was based on RNG, though. Doesn't matter how many steps are that are actually RNG, they're enough to be a bottleneck. I spent 14 hours one day in Aleport, and only saw 2 seals drop. 14 hours of non-stop, only resting on the 15 minutes of cooldown. If that's not enough RNG for you then I don't know what is.

I just don't agree with the snippet of people "earning" things or not.
