my impression is that the speed run will not determine the 5th chest but it could still be required for relic objective(well see) i thought they actually wanted to make relics harder to get in 2.0

Maybe not harder to get, but perhaps a lot less relying on luck, and focusing more on the amount of time it takes. I'd like that same difficulty to be there, but the double-melds and such, I just think those were filler. lol
