I think the class that would be suited your purpose is Lancer.
They can make their normal attack place a debuff on enemy ([ITEM="27585"]Speed Surge[/ITEM] for HP absorbing/ [ITEM="27595"]Life Surge[/ITEM] for reducing Evasion)
They can use [ITEM="27696"]Moonrise[/ITEM] to reduce enemies' TP generation and increase party's with [ITEM="27592"]Comrade in Arms[/ITEM]

and you can take some other classes's skill too
[ITEM="26614"]Concussive Blow[/ITEM] from Pugilist
[ITEM="=26806"]Howling Vortex[/ITEM] from Gladiator

I think you may level up Thaumaturge and get debuff skill and build your PIE stat since Lancer has quite large MP pool among DoW so it can help you have more debuff option.
