3x Nael van Darnus spawned INSIDE the Arrzanaeth Ossuary yesterday on Aegis. It was shortly after this that I noticed all the NPCs we gone from there. Admittedly, I haven't been able to check if they have reset since, but I would not be surprise if they were deemed killed in the chaos.
