I like this aside from the 'spend exp' thing. There needs to be some way to put in a request for an item or such that you don't have, and have it delivered to you. I think paying out gil for the items at a reasonable purchase price would be enough.

Exploitable RMT mechanic to buy level-ups:

1. Spend real money to buy items from a RMT gatherer
2. Use said items to get exp from personal leves created by the same RMT
