Hello;

I've been using a USB converter and a Playstation 2 Dual Shock controller for FFXIV since I first began playing in December of 2010.

After yesterday's 11/02/12 maintenance/update my controller will no longer respond to any input created by the right analog stick (camera) after I interact with any portion of the UI. (Menus/Action bar). The R3 push-down button still functions. After some further fiddling, the X button input is sometimes ignored. (Confirms some options in menu, but for instance: I hit X to open social menu, but it will not let me hit X on Friend List or Black List)

Considering the age and frequent use of this controller (PS2 XI launch and prior), I have tested it else-where for quality assurance. Plugging my PS2 controller directly into a PS2, it functions perfectly with no flaws. Plugging my PS2 controller into the USB converter and using it on my PS3 titles it has no flaws. Leaving it plugged into USB converter and then into my PC and for use with Final Fantasy XI it has no flaws. Also, using the FFXIV Config, and "Test Gamepad" it is fully responsive and has no flaws.

In order to regain control of my right analog stick in FFXIV, I have to unplug and replug in my USB port. However, after I navigate anything of the FFXIV UI again it stops functioning.

I have also tested another controller (PS1 analog controller) and I encounter the same problems.

The only info I do not have is the name or model number of my Korean manufactured PS1/PS2 -> PS3/USB converter. I've owned it for 4 years, and I've used it on FFXIV for nearly 2 so I would not think it is at fault.

Thank you.
