Ugh. So either you sit there doing /pray nonstop generally with no positive result, or you hit them and they instakill you. This is not encouraging me to play the game at all. Whatever happened to the fun of getting 20 people together to kill a mob or two? This is what should be happening right now.

The Twelve only intervene periodically. Just because they will kill some mobs for you, doesn't mean its time to give up fighting altogether. They won't fight the WHOLE battle for you. Try some prayers for a bit, and if the thing doesn't die, pull out your weapons and draw some blood.

We had about 20 on Balmung just now but to no avail.

I never said the Twelve will kill EVERY mob for you. They killed MANY when I initially discovered it, but since then, prayer has only picked off a few or given buffs. You are clearly not meant to stop fighting altogether.

I've noticed them when attempting to pray down enemies. I have no idea if its because I visited the stones or not. Its very hard for a single person to test (Sargatanas has cooperation issues) the ins and outs of what exactly it takes to pray down an enemy or if there's any way to effect the frequency of it happening.

We haven't even gotten buffs to work yet so we've got no confirmation on it even working.

It's making it harder to get people to work together without any evidence of even the buffs. Can we get screenshots of those at least?
