Probably as long as /fume worked on mobs in Voidwatch in XI.

So you need to pray to kill mobs faster? Yesterday we fought a Magitek level 100 for more than 3 hours, then when it was less than 1% started to regen all his HP and then went to less than 1%. I think it's was SE trolling us.

Wait a minute... for those who prayed and got buffs...
did you just /pray or targeted a mob and /pray-ed?
I've been targeting a mob everytime... kinda funny to be "praying" to an enemy LOL.
Well it did work on that Bixie at least!

If you had just /pray-ed without targeting anything it would have made sense to receive a buff or two, in which case, you may just need some "recharging" from a shrine to get buffs in future.... just speculating here, but do let us know if this may be the case.

Would /pray motion work the same as /pray? Most people on my server preferred the aggressive approach and I felt a little bad filling up their battle logs with my emotes.

I think /pray motion will work exactly the same way. I just went to the stone for my deity and used /pray motion. Exactly the same thing happens there when you use /pray or /pray motion. Target drops and it says "You pray solemnly." in the log. It's like motion is ignored completely.
