Yes! Dismissing the pet without TP running out/ using the signature move will not result with the "exhausted" CD. You'll only have to wait for your TP to fill up again, which is a couple secs.

Oh and RULE #1: You cannot summon pets in cities! xD I'm sure it's going to be like that

I love everything about these posts; just seems like we're making up our own rules xD
I hope what you said about summoning in cities being right... last thing I want to do is toggle between being able to select retainers and the countless Carbuncles everywhere o.O
