    all mondern final fantasys had permanent summons.


    besides that you really cant compare a final fantasy 3 from 199x with a MMorpg.. complete different mechanics. FF3, FF4 etc. had a turn based combat system... so should it be also in FFXIV?

    that argument does not work for me. but well.. hopefully we're getting some information at the next live-letter. let us surprise.
