I would like to see it done like this very much. Unlocking classes was something I really enjoyed from XI, and would love to see here, along with the usually great cut scenes you got with the quests. Implementing FFT style requirements in my opinion would be the ideal requirement to unlock them.

This topic was mentioned on FFXIVCore before, so I'll say what I said then.

Please make this happen. FFT style job quest unlocks to bring in Classic FF jobs.
