Producer Live Questions that have already been answered.

Looking through the list of questions in the Producer Live Section, I notice that many people are asking about things that we already have info on.

Some examples:

Will we be able to recreate our current characters at the start of ARR?

Yes, up to anytime from ARR start to 6 months after.

In ARR are we transported to the future or past?

It has been confirmed to be 5 years in the Future.

Will gear dying work on items such as af, sentinels, and yellow/green drops?

You will not be able to dye AF gear.

Will there be a Mailbox/Mail system in ARR?

Yes, you can see the delivery Moogle in several existing ARR screenshots.

Will you ever consider releasing Community Test Server for testing content being developed before its released into the main game. Samething what they did for FFXI.

This has been discussed and is will likely be implemented post-ARR

Anyone who wants to post a question about ARR should check the above link first to learn much of what has already been confirmed.

Also, let's try to keep the question forum clean and please READ the existing questions so we don't get redundant posts.

Thank you for this, its so frustrating to see already answered questions being asked, i really hope they're not picked during the questionnaire or its just a waste of time -_-.

Will the primal fights be still a part of ARR just without the achievements? Or ar they gone forever? Will you still be able to obtain the primal weapons or do the totems, nut charms and headdresses become obsolete?

Another already answered. Primals are in ARR.

Well, they know the best what they already answered so they probably ignore these.

There are also a few questions that are... well.. "Not helpful" is the best way I can put it.

Fighting Sephiroth/Kuja/etc., Necromancer job, Glowing Weapons and Same Sex Marriage are at the top of that list IMHO.



And then there are some really Fantastic questions like:

Currently, aside from the occasional THM, there is not much incentive to play a class over its respective job. In what ways will you be addressing this?

I would like a system that stimulate client orders for crafters, maybe such a 'content finder tool' but for items/orders needed by people. It is possible?

^^ I've long advocated for something like this, I really hope this idea gets picked up~ ^^

I know I've spammed up the thread with more questions than anyone else, lol, but I put a lot of thought into them and feel that they're legitimate and crucial to ARR's success.

I didn't see you post anything in the thread. Did all of the good questions get asked or do you just not have anything worthwhile to contribute?
