Auto level/final event

Regarding the final event, are we going to see any form of level/gear/privilege perks like MMOs usually do in their final days (maybe on the last day of the event)? By this I mean things like all classes set to 50, access to all gear, and in some cases certain GM privileges to all players logged in to just go nuts and have fun.

The main reason I ask this is because my main account got cancelled in September due to a card issue and I couldn't renew until the beginning of October, and by then it was too late. So I only have access to this account which is too low level to do anything for the final event. All the GM monster spawns seem to be high level NMs so I can't really take part in anything. I just stand back and watch.

Figured it might be a neat thing to do so everyone logged in can experience the last days of 1.x to the best of their ability, including those who are low level or missing a lot of gear.
