Still trying to find more shadowless people in CS's, but not much luck so far. x.x Starting to think that Travanchet is the only one they were hinting at lol... Anyone else had luck?

None so what, another thing with Travanchet is the music changed for him. I've watched the Ul'dah scenes a good 50 times each now and everyone accounted for has a shadow. It kinda sucks how we weren't able to experience these stories without youtube or people giving summaries. But that's why we have this thread, which has gone from being about the Midlander to being about the 1.0 Lore period lol
Edit: Found an interesting quote from Jenlyn in the Paladin quest:Wonder where that expression came fromJenlyns: Bahamut's fang! You already possess the crystal? And you say it was given to you by an unknown free paladin, who told you to hand it to me?![]()

Man; sounds like you guys are giving me some conspiracy theories to work through! Can't wait. I've got heavy classes for about 2 more weeks and then I'll be working on these a lot harder. In the meantime I've been building up my templates for the lore guide, starting with the opening cinematic and Shapeless Melody as an example of a non-interactive and interactive example.

Apologies as always for the double-post; though I think this warrants one.
I was collecting some last 1.X screenshots of Limsa Lominsa for The Story of Anony Moose, and I noticed something neat that I'd never noticed before. We have our own prayer!
Borne on high by wings divine, in the halls of The Twelve be heard
It's inscribed in little letters on the seagull statues to The Navigator in town - the girl doing the motions is at the one on the lower level. Anybody notice anything else like this?
I wish I had this prayer motion as an emote /sadpanda (T(エ)T)
(ALONG WITH THE LALAFELL FLEX ONES BECAUSE LOL)

EDIT
I started going through the Marauders storyline since it overlapped with what I was working on, and I found this little gem:
Confirmation, at least. I'm sure I'll find something rock-solid later (probably when I in-depth review the echoes where Rostnsthal goes back to his ex-number-two).Cannot fathom why Waekbyrt suffers the likes of ol' Rusty Steel, knowin' all th' grief 'e caused th' Executioners back in th' day

There's a line in the maurader quest line where Rostnsthal refers to himself (drunkenly) as Rostnsthalmann.
Ahahahah. I've been calling him that jokingly and never thought to do a /search on the name through the websites and copypasta.

A Full List of Sthalmann's Crimes
Collusion with pirates
Indirect collusion with the Sahagin
Abuse of the the position of Commodore for personal gain
Divulgance of state secrets to criminal enterprises
Accessory to the infiltration of the Lominsan navy by criminal enterprises
Accessory to sale of state secrets resulting in the slaughter of a village
Accessory to sale of state secrets resulting in the destruction of a Thalassocratic Levy
Conspiracy to steal treasure from the state
Assassination of the head of state
How did he end up rusty? Hell, I'm amazed that part of Merlwyb's inauguration didn't include gunning him down personally.

- Good luck enforcing that. Merlwyb has enough trouble keeping the lesser pirates in check.
- The pirate population might have something to say about the precedent it sets.
- We like our echo-mules.
