I could do Uldah, sure, but I'm also quite familiar with all the Gridania quests since my main was from Grid and was in Twin Adder.

I also have majority of the cutscenes recorded and can take screencaps or pull text as needed. I don't have a lot of the crafting quests though :|

I find that... slightly amusing. You rave about Thancred and then don't run with the Imortal Flames. :P

My main character is actually Ul'dah > Twin Adder, although I ran through the Gridanian starter quests in reasonable detail multiple times using an alt, meaning I've delved much further into them than the Ul'dah quests. Go figure.
