    I think those chicks are Mythical because they put you to sleep and all the people dancing there are hypnotized >_>a And the Lalafell doesn't fall for it because hes deaf

    A plausible hypothesis.
    I guess that quest is an example of the "far too vague and incomplete for Yoshi-P's tastes" catergory.
