Actually I take it back. The screenshot you posted wasn't from the AleportHamlet, but I DID find the Aleport Hamlet. I got confused because its also a Miqo'te using it

Here are some screens showing the different horns. Only the Limsa one seems palm-of-hand size and it even glows a different color.
