I think its one of the areas they were going to use as a dungeon or something of the sort. It's like earlier in the game, before AV or CC was released, there were guards there that would tell you about the lore or whatever and say that theres restricted access...it doesn't show on the map just as those didn't back then.

It was south of castrum. If its truly in Mor Dhona, I would estimate it being near the final checkpoint in "Living on a Prayer" ,quest.

The closest area that seems to match where the Carteneau Flats is on the world map is the Ceruleum Fields north of Bluefog.

I looked over the whole map and was able to tell what all the writing said. The flats were not on the map anywhere.

I was actually kind of intrigued by Kipih's mention of her little brother... being that Kipih is a Miqo'te.

I guess there have been some male Miqo'te in 1.0 that we just haven't seen. ^^;

Ul'dah is full of male Miqo'te But they are totaly shy around other races and nobody have seen them. If you don't believe it, ask the NPC who talk about Uldas most populated races.

maybe the male Miqo'tes disguise themselves as female? ^^
