We are curious where it is stated that current servers will be in Japan datacenter. as far as I know we do not know where the current servers will go, with "best guess" being based on region influence.

Where are the current Servers? Correct, in Japan. Did anyone say they would move it? Noone did. So as long as SE dont say, that servers will be moved, we can assume they will stay there. And i also said above:

Of course SE could go and bring some of the Current Servers to the Data-Centers around the Globe, but that we dont know.

It doesn't say anything about existing worlds being only in the Japanese data center. I want to know where you got that info.

I said, it is possible that SE could bring current Servers to the Data-Centers ( see above ), but we dont know that. And nothing even close to assume that they actually would, have been ever posted. So the logical way is to assume that it stays the way it is, until SE says otherwise.
