It makes sense, since the Servers will remain International and less people will actually switch Server, when they are actually allowed to and/or have to pay for it. And by the way, where do you get "regional Servers" from? It will be Data Center's not Servers. 2 different pairs of shoes.
You're the one who brought it up, so it's incumbent upon you to support your argument with a source. No link to the information you're presenting as fact equates to baseless rumor and speculation.
