People are people, regardless of the language we speak.
And everyone is unique so you will get all types of people in every large society.

Our perceptions of a group can be easily swayed by the most vocal members, even if they do not accurately represent the whole. Unfortunately, the most vocal ones are quite often the ones with a bone to pick.
