ah yes, so lamenting over the possibility of *more* boring, dumb, unfunny, pointless cutscenes means that i *want* to skip cutscenes, rather than pretty clearly implying they should use their resources for *less* boring, dumb, unfunny and pointless cutscenes so there won't be as much of an impetus to skip them (ie: main scenario, grand company storyline, rivenroad end cinematic)

Your post came off like you thought more cut-scenes are pointless, thus it can be concluded you don't enjoy cut-scenes. If you meant something different, perhaps it is better to craft your words appropriately. I was merely poking fun at your statement because Final Fantasy has been full of story/side-story cut-scenes for years now.
