    They said these were just stress tests, so I imagine they just didn't bother with full actions.

    I think that icon is an eye xD
    Actually, I think the eye is closer to the beak, kind of like the pugils in XI. That, or it's nostrils are huge. lol

    Infact, the eye is near the beak, the icon is a debuff on the head!
