Worst meld rate on class specific weapon for relic

I was interested in who has the worst luck in the world? I know I remember someone who went at least 0/87 on ifrit (the old one) for any weapon drop. I have been working at mailbreaker FOREVER blown up 16 or 17 now, I have never used worse then 17x17 and most are 16x16. Lately I went as far as only doing HQ mailbreakers and last night I broke 3HQ's on 16x16 giving me 23% and 2 nq 16x16 at 18% each. So for me at least 16 tries at 17~23% rate all fails over the course of 2 months.

I did buy a mailbreaker for 30M then resell it at 50M since I spent so long on my first relic, and i knew 50M was overpriced.

Just incase SE is reading this my in game character is "Splice Allagash" where is my damn mailbreaker!!!

Also took pretty long for my first Ifrit drop. My last ~80 melds all failed. The last 10 meld attempts were around 40% success chance. Half of those meld attempts cost me more than 2m each. But I think it's common knowledge now that those percentages in the melding window are pretty much a lie for some players xD
I'm pretty lucky at HQing though! Already had two HQ @ 1% in a row :P

Wow that sucks. I'm 0/5 on sarngas, and at least 0/150 for heavens eye IV from sb lol. each blow makes hate this game more and more lol.

My ls leader Grey Jorildyn is 0/17 on double melding his obelisk. I got ripped by like 10 people a few months ago for saying you need to be either rich or really lucky to get relics and heres a testament to that. He has probably spent like half the money I have for all 6 of my relics for just one double meld, so yeah. 0/17 on one of the most expensive materia plus the time and cost of making the weapon itself.... Do the math.

As far as the Ifrit thing goes, we had 2 people that went over 0/75+ on Garuda weapons when Garuda first came out. One of them had so many totems that they just bought the other 6 weapons after they got their first weapon. YAY RNG

I've gotten like 3 Heaven's Eye IV's in the past 10 times I've converted an item to materia. Though to be perfectly fair, I melded all of my primal drops and a couple of belts.

Meanwhile, I'm 0/12 on my Avengers, so I'm just gonna buy them.

RNG gonna RNG. I'm fine with the melding chances, I just dislike how it's a part of the relic quest.
