I swear to god the justifications that you people make to avoid the conclusion that you're using the wrong gear is astounding.

Generally, there's a reason most people use certain pieces of gear, and I understand that it's not always simple to get the optimal pieces. I'd take along another player who was willing to learn who actually had worse gear, just because I know he wouldn't be so bullheaded. There's a time and place for showing how unique you are, and endgame content is not it.

No doubt you'll come back with another artificial scenario where you're proven to be correct.

In response to the parts in bold; do you realize how many people have Garuda's Scream and are not at the stat caps for it? Answer: most of them. It's not a contrived scenario. The fact is, most people don't know the inner workings of stats in this game and simply regurgitate what they've been told on the forums. I've shown you, both logically and mathmatically why some assumptions are incorrect. So, you're going to have to bring more than anger and disdain to prove me wrong.
