Worst meld rate on class specific weapon for relic

I was interested in who has the worst luck in the world?......

Some things I have really good luck on. Like Crafting. I generally only need 40% HQ chance for 8/10 HQ Results

But...on the flip side, I went 231 Ifrits fights before I got my first weapon, which was Ifrit's Harpoon. After that, it only took another 30 and I had, Ifrit's Bow, Ifrit's Blade, and whatever the WHM wand is. I have 0 Moogle Weapons, and I have lost count on how many fights I've done of that.

My Mailbreaker Meld took 13 tries. But before that, I have melded 2/3 Avengers, and 1/2 Obelisk.

But it did take me 2 Cobalt Celata's to make one with +48 MND.

So I'd say, I have 0 luck on Drops. 70 Luck on Crafting. and 30 Luck on Melding.

I just wish I bought the damn weapons rather then meld for luck, I'd be way ahead of the curve.

That's what I thought. After the whole Atomos fiasco, when prices were coming down. I dropped 27 Mil, to make 7 Mailbreakers in a row (melded ones were still 30Mil +, but materia was getting cheap).
Figured I'd meld one, and have a chance to meld another to sell....and got skunked.
Week later they were on for 24ish mil.

I used the last of my gil on a whim, buying the cheapest materia I could afford. (IV 17 + IV 18)
and it went.
