Worst meld rate on class specific weapon for relic

Yep... Like Req said I am 0/17 on obelisk meld. I have completely given up on it at this point. Spending 80Mil+ for something you will probably never ever use doesn't seem like a good investment to me, especially since I still don't even have it!

I was interested in who has the worst luck in the world? I know I remember someone who went at least 0/87 on ifrit (the old one) for any weapon drop. I have been working at mailbreaker FOREVER blown up 16 or 17 now, I have never used worse then 17x17 and most are 16x16. Lately I went as far as only doing HQ mailbreakers and last night I broke 3HQ's on 16x16 giving me 23% and 2 nq 16x16 at 18% each. So for me at least 16 tries at 17~23% rate all fails over the course of 2 months.

I did buy a mailbreaker for 30M then resell it at 50M since I spent so long on my first relic, and i knew 50M was overpriced.

Just incase SE is reading this my in game character is "Splice Allagash" where is my damn mailbreaker!!!

went 0/10 on mailbreaker back about 4months ago... I immediately went to the wards, bought 3 more tries and went 3/3....

I'm still in utter disagreement with the relic quest because of the rarity of materia for one relic vs the rarity of materia for another relic. Thats mainly why I feel they should take the double meld requirement out of the relic quest. It isn't nearly as bad blowing up a double mind IV meld vs a double heavens eye IV meld.... Having 3 seperate accounts of pure luck for one step determine wether you get to continue on the quest is another downer, +x acounts if you count the weapon craft...... maybe +x more. If just to get the quest done, one would be better off going for whm relic, instead of what they WANT.

If everyone just went for Thyrus......

fiance's character is 0/3 rampager, 1/3 obelisk, 1/1 avengers one of the BLM weps went to him.

I haven't been able to double anything of my own yet lol other people seem to have all the luck >w< I just blow up while a good friend of mine has gone 1/1 Oblisk, 1/1 rampager, 1/1 avengers - his BLM gave him some trouble think he went 1/5.

As I said i went around 0/17 or worse i kinda stopped counting now but worse off is that I used to have over 200M now I have 30M and a gae bolg/thyrus.

I did get a tripple crit body 40x40x50 on tortoisshell scale mail HQ (130crit)
and a triple HP on cobalt cuirass HQ (244hp)

I just wish I bought the damn weapons rather then meld for luck, I'd be way ahead of the curve.
