    The timer is system clock based... Like 99% of timers implemented on a web page.

    Also the GMT time is 8.00am. No need to convert, just need the launcher in FR/DE.



    (Don't need to speak FR to understand the time :d)

    Your time on anything SE-wise may be messed up however as they don't account for daylight savings on their GMT times
    This sentence doesn't even make any sense. GMT is always GMT. It never changes. That's why you use it as reference. There is nothing to "account for" when you use GMT.
