Gathering stat in ARR

look at the mini game again, there are %'s. all the stats will still be needed

Heh well in the presentation of gathering, thats not mini game. You just click on when you want to aim for and bam it hits it. Still get other stuff at random, but theres no approach or strike phase that was the mini game of it all. And good riddence!
