I hope that they have variations on the initial themes rather than totally rewriting them. Maybe even have the original track built upon and being part of the main 'theme' of an area.As long as they get rid of the summer music. The soundtrack overall is really good, but a lot were in places that didn't appropriately match the theme. I think certain event music is good to stay. I also liked the boss battle music along with the primal themes.
I think all of our field music is changing. SOKEN said in the press conference that the field music is now having a different approach. He said 3-4 of the same theme in one, just adjusted according to the situation. Like you hear normal field music walking around, you attack a mob and the intensity of the theme rises (Think Kingdom Hearts), and when you reach a camp, the theme goes into a much calmer state. I am very curious to see how this turns out.
This is the only one that NEEDS to go
Prepare yourself.

Looking forward to a new batch of music in ARR.
If there is one thing that is a certainty with FF games, it is that the music is always good.
Is there any way to tell which instrument is using computer software + keyboard to generate which is the real instrument?
such as the flute in On Windy Meadows or Violin in Unspoken... I think they are real but not sure...
nowadays the software pack is so powerful, I can't really tell. I think unless you play that instrument otherwise it's hard to tell...
