What outfit are you logging out in?

I know it may not matter, but what outfit are you going to wear when you log out for the last time in FFXIV? Post pics if you have your clothes set out.

I still have my full set of weathered started MAR gear. Its a toss up between that and BRD AF with relic.

To the OP: ill go into last save with weathered bow so i start ARR in gridania ..remember Yoshi said depending job you start as that job's guild city will be your starter city

Where is that dev post? I don't know if that applies to everyone or just new players. But since you have to go through character creation all over again in 2.0, the class you log out as in 1.0 probably wo't effect the class you start in 2.0

Well, in the case of what he means, new characters will start off in the city that contains the guild of their chosen starting class. Yoshida said along the lines "A gladiator that starts off in gridania will be lost with nowhere to go, with no one to teach him the ways of the gladiator." Quests will start at your guild and probably be the whole 30hrs of lvl1-15 he was talking about.

They never said anything about existing characters tho. it would be nice to know wether or not we have to log out as a certain class to retain the starting city we want. Just in case tho, I will have my axe equipped prior to oct 31 maint
