That is not going to happen (or very seldom) in a game where each person only have one character, there will be unofficial cross server shitlist, your reputation will follows you.

the lotting rules for 2.0 will prevent ninja looting.(unless ahead of time loot priorities are discussed and some guy still lots against you)

of course there going to lot against me if there never going to see me again, discussion or no. they'll take what they want and i'll have to get lucky enough to ever see that item again.
