It must be driving you nuts. From the look of it, there's no reason it shouldn't work. Your macro is correct. Maybe there's some weird technical problem that prevents it from working? This is really strange that it's not working for you.

Oh, have you tried the same pattern of macro for your Archer => Bard? How is it? Does it work?

When you hit Monk macro and it didn't change you to Monk, what does the chatlog say? Is there any macro error message?

still not workin i have a wait before the job on and nothing its still giving me the same damn thing

I use macro to switch all jobs never used a /wait just:
/equip mh ""
/job on

i agree with this here. can you post the exact macro you are trying to use to change. the people posting in here are correct with the macro's they are posting.

is correct and i've never had to use wait either.
