You mean something like Sandworm and Dark Ixion where the JPs position hack to it as soon as it spawns with mules they don't care if they get banned, giving NA players have absolutely no chance to ever claim?

Uh yeah, NA players were hacking and botting in XI more than JP players were lol. There was a whole forum dedicated to 3rd party bot using circle jerks for NA/EU players.
