What XIV can take from XI to make it better

I wasn't expecting better tbh. I meant to word my original post better but it was done in a rush. A ton of people took the hump at the fact that I liked HNM.

Oh, neither was I. I don't even know why I felt the urge to point that out. With these forums it's pretty much a given.

Say something from FFXI sounds like a bad idea. WELL YOU JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW AMAZING FFXI WAS YOU JUST WANT ANOTHER WOW CLONE.

Say you want an idea from FFXI. YEAH LET'S ADD THAT AND GEAR SWAP AND LEVEL CAPS AND MAAT AND A BUNCH OF OTHER ASININE STUFF.

That said I would like to see better HNMs. Open world and instanced. I would also love for them to have their own theme, and be worthy of having that said NM theme.

Also Job quests that have you explore the entire world, since that was really what made FFXI great. The exploration.
