I remember a long time ago watching a cutscene where a creature that looked a lot like Death himself, made an appearance. But I can't remember which cutscene it was in. Does anyone happen to remember?

The only other thing about the cutscene was I believe there was fog. One of my ls members thinks it was during the main story scenario, but I still have no idea. There's so many CS's.
