Hate to break this to you, but SE isn't a non-profit doing this to increase world happiness.
They are a business in it for the money.
So people completely have a right to complain about a sub-par product, and most people -have- left.

And if your idea is "well people who don't like it should leave" you will end up with no FFXIV since it will cost more to maintain the servers than the few fanboys sticking around will pay in monthly fees.

You can't call someone an entitled crybaby since this is a game in a CAPITALISTIC MARKET where people are ENTITLED to a product WORTH THEIR MONEY.
