It already exists in game as a part of goldsmithing. It was clearly a conscious decision, and a good one. We don't need more classes for every little niche.
The list of item ideas seems nice. Have them all be made by GSM and that's that.

but then why have armorer and Blacksmith they are Virtually the same exact thing. and there was not armorer in 11 it fell under Black smith

A lot has to do with recipe count. One class being able to make almost all armors and weapons/tools as well would be quite overpowered.
Why do you think they're spending so much time trying to figure out which DoH should be able to make the Arcanist books?

ACN books could easily be divided between a few DoH classes; For example Wvr (Or Crp) could make the Parchment, Ltw could make the leather backing and you could even create the finished product on GSM if it's an Ornate styled book.
...It's all speculation at the moment though lol :/

Except they took out parts. I don't doubt they may be shared between 2, maybe 3 classes based on specific designs but that's the case with weapons in game already.ACN books could easily be divided between a few DoH classes; For example Wvr could make the Parchment, Ltw could make the leather backing and you could even create the finished product on GSM if it's an Ornate styled book.

oh, i don't know- because then it would become some kind of superclass with wayyyyyyyyyyyyy too many profitable recipes? it shouldn't take anyone more than a split second to come to that glaringly obvious realization.

I wouldn't mind the implementation as long as it is more involving then just splitting Goldsmith into basically another class.

This could simply become a specialization of GSM down the road.
this is actually something i'd like to see implemented. letting everyone level every DoH is fine, but later they can add specializations that allow you to pick one specialization to craft exclusive things that a non-specialized person can't.
