At this time there is not.

You can /target <p3>, but not /ac Cure <p3>.

Additionally, up/down arrow keys (or D-Pad) do not work when selecting a target for a spell.


Until they implement a fix/solution, casters are stuck with <t>, or being quick to select a target.

Could you possibly use:

/target <p3>
/action "Cure II" <t>
/target <npc>

Or without the last line? Im okay with losing my primary target if it means saving the tank.

yeah that seems like it would work. I'm going to have to try that out
