Linkshell Options/Features (Ousting Inactive Members)

I would like to suggest more LS options and/or features, such as being able to kick a member even if they are not right in front of you. Honestly, I find it EXTREMELY hard to manage my LS because I have 100 members, and only 30 still play the game. I should be able to kick the members who no longer play this game, and I find that MANY other LS leaders agree with me. I even know of quite a few who have had to create a new shell and break the old one because of this particular issue. It seems an unnecessary hassle.

PLEASE, I beg you, PLEASE give me the option to kick LS members, regardless of if they are standing directly in front of me or not.
