i kinda looking forward to everquest now. was gonna quit mmo's totally if ffxiv fails me but maybe i'll give my last hopes to ever quest. though i never played any of them b4 ...if it's what ffxi took it's roots from and what they say actually happens and they stop making mmo's like the ones out now then i'm all for trying it. SE failed first launch or not, theres no excuse for casual gameplay mmo's and ever more so there is no excuse to try and call it anything else but a graphical chat room for the mentally challenged. lol.

by the way i'm not a follower of the rokien way, the true followers don't post in forums cause for some reason even though they are the ones with tons of time to enjoy real mmo's they aren't lol blogging in forums or bitching on them about how they are too hard to play and they need to be more and more casual every 5minutes of the day. who does that ...seriously.

Seriously, I've been playing SW:TOR, who is exactly the way ARR is going to be( WoW like). since it turn F2P and i have nothing else to do now that FF is closed. And here is my conclusion: after a few week, im simply getting BORED playing this style of MMO! It's just to easy. Questing over and over. This thing just never end! Easy Reward after each Quest. Every stuff have no Value.

Why do i play FFXI in first place? Because it wasnt like WoW. I like the character Grinding, Exp Party, Events, Farming, End-game, NM camp(even if i got frustrated many time ^^) I enjoy the fact that everything was takin time. In the end you always end-up very proud to achieve you'r Goal after all the efforts you place.

Now my dear Friends, ARR is going in the easy path of every casual MMO that are WoW like. Im telling you right here, right now, SE better have to put a lot of nice content to the games, unless why would pepeol play for a copy-paste of every F2P games already on the web?

You almost make it sound like WOW doesn't have anything else in it besides quest grinds. I wonder if people like you even played the damn game for more than 10 minutes.
