11/1 at the usual time

I imagine that either the meteor will be sitting on top of us smiling for destruction on the next days
OR..
That will be when we see the end of the world as we know it. At least until it comes back up.. :P

Usually maintenance is performed in the morning in Japan, so the date posted on the English side is 1 day behind -- i.e. if the maintenance were happening on Sept 1 in Japan, it would be stated as Aug 31 on the English announcement.
But for saving the data, both the English and Japanese announcements say November 1, so I figure it may happen at the end of the day in Japan, equaling the morning of Nov 1 in North America.
That's just how I read it, though.

I would like a confirmation on the actual time for maintenance on the 1st of November to put my mind at ease that I'll have everything done by that time.
Just a small post to confirm the time would be most excellent.
... It's something called... maintenance? They need more than just a minute or two to copy out all the save data to begin the exporting process... The lore and such that's been released is just setting the stage for 2.0- it doesn't imply a patch or something happening. I'm not holding my breath. How do you know this? Why would they leave the servers up for 10 days, take them down then bring them up again unless something was going to happen?
